Cancellation Policy
Drop-in visits and regularly scheduled care (weekly walks, weekly drop-in visits, etc):
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to the full appointment price.
Overnights and Constant Care:
A 50% deposit is due to hold dates and/or book services. Deposit is refundable for 14 days after payment if services are cancelled.
While services may be cancelled at any time, deposits are non-refundable 14 days after payment.
Payment/Refund Policy
Unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required to book services and a valid credit card is required to be on file. Deposits are refundable according to the cancellation policy.
All balances are due at or prior to the commencement of the services unless agreed upon payment terms have been arranged. Invoices can be viewed/paid at any time in the client portal.
Payment due will be automatically charged to the payment method on file if the invoice becomes 24 hours past due. Client will receive an email notification 24 hours before their payment method is charged.
Gr8ful Paws Pet Care, LLC will not provide refunds for services rendered. Client agrees to pay all charges accrued for services rendered via credit/debit card or e-check through Gr8ful Paws Pet Care’s secure payment service.
Refunds will be given for any prepaid services (excluding gift certificates/subscriptions) according to the cancellation policy.
Client will be responsible any and all bank fees attributed to a returned or disputed payment.
